We are grateful for your support to our warehouse. To provide a diversified operation area at CKS Airport, EGAC has meticulously designed the second, fourth, and fifth floor as office area.

The total area available for rent is 12,990 square meters. The rent charged is 780 NTD per each square meter. The available rental spaces are in the range of 300~600 square meters, 30~150 square meters, or 10~20 square meters. However, we also can customize the available space to suit your requirement. We also provide the central air conditioner for a healthy and relaxed working environment. Electric wire apertures are provided at every 2-meters in every office (3 apertures in same socket. It includes computer network wire, telephone wire, and electronic wire).

On the third floor, we have a 24 hours convenience store, coffee shop, and Chinese food restaurant.

Presently our customers to enter and be stationed in EGAC such as: EVA Air, Singapore Airlines, Dragon Air, Thai Airway, Fed Express, DHL, Nippon Express, and many forwarders and many agents.
